SPV Consulting was established in July 2009 to provide commercial development analysis and project management across the public, private and voluntary regeneration sectors. Diane has more than twenty five years experience spanning earth science research, environmental consultancy, economic development and sustainable regeneration. Diane has worked for the award winning Liverpool Land Development Company and Liverpool Vision and has first hand experience of what it takes to deliver sustainable urban design and a successful vibrant city.

An experienced project manager and a skilled negotiator she has worked successfully on complex multi-stakeholder projects where her ability to bring together strategy and delivery has helped to bring diverse groups together to focus on a common agenda. She has worked with many public and private sector organisations, project managing consultant teams to design and deliver large scale sustainable regeneration.
